The sphere in his hand extends through four dimensions and it contains a lot of magic packed very neatly, very precisely, all of it staying in the same place... no, it keeps moving at exactly the same rate, as they all move through space above the planet Capital.  It feels like an animated diagram of a microwave oven, with waves widening and dampening, and interference points where the waves cancel or add, but the oscillations are in four dimensions and vector quantities.

It's a really neat little pattern, and does not feel like it would be complicated to just... do.
