It's hard to tell whether or not Orphan's body-related sorcery is currently running; it seems to have been more-or-less subconscious.  There's some magic in herself that isn't her collar (or her chastity belt), that's for sure; though anything resembling an attempt to consciously direct any sort of magic gets shut down before it starts.
