Okay, you know, given the way this actually seems totally safe, Security's making the call that Sevar needs to approve the alter-Asmodean version Keltham sees.  Indulging Keltham's attempts at Security thinking was fine back when it wasn't going to cost the real Cheliax anything, but a risk to Sevar's game is more than this nonsense is worth.
